We'll assess the Information Management skills and competencies of your people as part of our initial review and analysis.

Teamwork

Assign Tasks

We assign 'resource  types' to all the activities on our IMS implementation proposal. In common with any change program, there will always be a need to draw on client resources, but we can provide Program/Project Management, Consultancy and Technical resources to deliver whatever program of work is agreed, in addition to providing IMS training and transferring knowledge to client personnel.

Success as a team

Embed the Approach

We should be long gone by the time you 'finish' optimising all your content. After we establish the initial working system, our focus turns to transferring knowledge and coaching. The principal objective being to ensure your system administrators, IT support and content owners have all the competencies needed to sustain your IMS.
