An innovative approach to delivering your IMS application and content

We need to move beyond fixed folder structures.

Challenging Convention

Folder structures are still prevalent in most organisations. They can work well for individuals or very small teams but cannot support the complexity of your entire organisation where, by definition, you need to provide different perspectives for different stakeholder groups.

We need to simplify and better define the organisation's information landscape.

Separating your Concerns

Understanding what different types of content you have and managing them appropriately is critical.

e.g. IMS content should be controlled, metadata-driven and scope-limited to organisation-directing documents (e.g. policies and procedures ) and specific types of records (e.g. audit & performance reports).

Need to ring-fence core IMS content

Optimising Information Management (IM)

With our decades of experience in IM, we will help you define your IM landscape, identify which content should be managed where (& how) and how it fits into your business/application architecture.
