Information Architecture

Cannot see the wood for the trees in terms of the scale, nature and complexity of content.

Where to Start?

Myriad repositories. Individuals' own private stores. Archives readily available 'just in case'! Very little actually gets put beyond use.

The volume of content just keeps growing.

Information Management - Framework

Defining your Information Management Landscape

Whilst it's a big step in the right direction, establishing your Integrated Management System (IMS) will not resolve all your Information Management (IM) issues. The scope of our initial assessment can include any aspects of your information architecture you want us to examine.

Data Model for IMS content

Apply Dedicated IM Governance to IMS

IMS is a controlled-content system with its own data structure and metadata model, therefore it needs to be segregated from any other information repositories to assure the integrity of the content.

e.g. If your company runs SharePoint, IMS would have its own "Site".
