Simplifying Access

Ease of system access to the IMS

IMS is for EVERYONE

The IMS is a unified system for all your departments so the IMS user permissions default is read-only for all end-users.

Content security is critical to a small proportion of IMS content

...but there are Always Exceptions

We include facility in our IMS data model for securing IMS content, mostly sensitive IMS content relating to People and Finance.

Training your staff to both use and administer your IMS

System Administration

We train your IMS Administrator and functional Super-Users to manage the IMS user permissions and control their own areas' sensitive IMS content. The IMS Administrator 'gate-keeps' for a period before progressively devolving control of updates to those functional Super-Users over time.
