Initial Engagement

Copywriting and Editorial Support For Healthcare

Let's Start with the Good News

Your IMS need not be yet another stand-alone document management system. If you have SharePoint or Content Server or any other mainstream EDMS you already have the tool you need.

A stacking bar chart showing numbers of different types of IMS content per function or department.

Our Analysis

We suggest our initial engagement is an IMS needs analysis; a systems & content review, interviews with key stakeholders and a functional requirements discovery with end-users.

We present our findings in the form of a gap analysis versus the data model and functionality of our standard 'out-of-the-box' IMS solution.

Providing a two-part proposal to implement an IMS System and optimise its Content.

Our Proposal

On request, we will then provide a detailed technical and commercial proposal to deliver your IMS. Our standard proposal has two Parts:

Part 1: To Design, Build & Implement your working IMS System.

Part 2: An IMS Content Optimisation plan.
